A cordial group of neighbors gathered this evening, Aug. 29, for the introductory overview and initial registration for the 9 weeks of classes of Financial Peace University that start on Sept. 26th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Others can still join the class by registering on line at http://www.daveramsey.com/fpu/locations/org/41847/class/217210/atid/m_mi by Sept. 12th which will permit time for the kits to be shipped to the facilitators. The kit includes a book, workbook, envelop, audio cd of the video class, for reviewing the principles presented on the video. One kit will be used by everyone in the same family. The two-hour class sessions will consist of video teaching lessons by Dave Ramsey who is very engaging and down to earth, followed by an hour long break out session. The 9-week course is rich in information and extremely practical covering subjects like , "how to get out of credit card debt", how to build an emergency fund, etc.

The Facilitators of this class are Gary and Eleanor Zweigle, who are so convinced of the value of the course that they volunteered to drive from their home in Olympia to teach the 9 sessions in West Seattle! That says something, doesn't it? They have facilitated the course three other times -- in Olympia.
